The Kelleys meal will be a buffet and there will be options including salad and pasta. We have about 5 meal tickets left to sell. First come, first serve. See Ms. Shirley ASAP.

*If you have not RSVP’d, please do so below.
*If you have been nominated for an award, you need to write a speech that is no longer than 90 seconds. Be sure to thank the appropriate people. Let a director know if you need help.
*Please run your speech by one of the directors before Friday for approval.
Please be at TCHS to take a group picture by 4:45 on Friday.
*After the meal, change into your jeans, TAF shirt and tennis (or character) shoes.
*You will take your places to perform while they play the TAF highlight film.
*After your performance, you may choose to change back into your evening clothes OR stay in show shirts. Either if fine.
*Only nominated people can go up to receive awards.
*Please mind your manners and remember theatre etiquette when celebrating. This is not a sporting event.
*Should we win Best Musical, we can all go on the stage to accept the award. Please act like a professional. The thank you speech will be given by one person (TBD), so please be quiet during that time.
*Ms. Fields will be the SM, so listen to her instructions while backstage.

Mark your calendars! “The Kelleys,” Keller ISD’s take on “The Tony Awards,” is set for January 16, 2015, at 7 p.m. at timber Creek High School.
A judging panel will view each of the high school musicals and nominate schools and students for awards in the following categories:
Best Actor in a Leading Role
Best Actress in a Leading Role
Best Actor in a Supporting Role
Best Actress in a Supporting Role
Best Actor in a Minor Role
Best Actress in a Minor Role
Best Ensemble
Excellence in Choreography
Excellence in Scenic Design
Excellence in Lighting Design
Excellence in Costume Design
Best Orchestra
Best Crew and Technical Execution
Best Direction
Best Musical Direction
Best Musical
In addition to providing nominations in these categories, judges will also conduct a critique of each school’s performance, including feedback for future shows and suggestions for individual improvement.
Nominations will be posted January 7 @ 9 am ~ if you are nominated, you will need to prepare a 90 second acceptance speech.
The Kelleys will be on January 16th @ TCHS
Dinner for company members only @ 5 pm
Awards for everyone @ 7 pm
Students are encouraged, but not required, to dress up!

https://tx-keller.intouchreceipting.com/Awards will be given in 19 categories. There will be up to 6 nominations in each category. Also, 4 scholarships will be given! Each scholarship is worth $300 and will go to the student’s choice of theatre camps.
Each school will perform a 5 minute number from their musical, while wearing jeans and show shirts. KHS will perform “When You’re an Addams” (Rehearsal will be in the FAC from 4-5:30 on January 14th w/ Mr. Alexander Carr)
Ms. Clarissa Shirley, will you start taking ticket money from students who wish to attend and get us a headcount by Jan. 9?
Indian Theatre Boosters will be decorating the TCHS cafeteria tables. They will also be setting up a backdrop for pictures so your parents can snap pictures of you with your trophies!
The event will not be recorded, but parents are allowed to film and take pictures.
