We are excited to welcome Tre’ John as our newest director at KHS.

Mr. John or “Coach John” as he is often called, has been a theatre teacher in Southlake, Keller, and Northwest ISD for 23 years. In addition to theatre, he has been a Principal, Coach, and taught several other subjects at both the high school and middle school.

His favorite movies are Happy Gilmore and Lawrence of Arabia. In 2011, Tre, along with his lovely wife and two young children, completed the 2 hour Lost Mine Trail at Big Bend National Park in a mere 3 ½ hours. Of the over 100 shows he has worked on in his career, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof is his favorite. He is super-dooperty-dooper excited about working at Keller High School.

I know many of you have met him before, but everyone will get a chance to meet him later this summer when he announces the Fall show he will be directing. We will set a date and give you more information about this date as soon as we can!

We are excited to have him joining our team and know you will love him like we do!
